Hast Du Dir schon Gedanken gemacht, wie Du den warmen Traubenmost herunterkühlen bzw. die Gärtemperatur im Tank niedrig halten kannst???
Doppelwandige Edelstahltanks sowie Edelstahlwärmetauscher sind eine teure Angelegenheit.
Den Tank mit wertvollem Trinkwasser berieseln um es dann in die Kanalisation zu leiten !! Na ja.

Hier ist die Lösung.
Eine flexible Kühlmatte aus MAZDA-EPDM-Schläuchen.
Sie wird um den Tank gelegt und mit 2 - 3 Spanngurte befestigt.
Du kannst diese Matte für mehrere Tanks verwenden oder Mehrere zusammenschließen.
Schließe die Matte an eine Kaltwasserquelle an. Das Wasser vom Rücklauf führst Du dann in einen Behälter, lass es abkühlen und schicke es dann wieder mit einer Pumpe durch die Kühlmatte.


Dieses Kühlsystem ist auch für GfK-Behälter geeignet.

*Cooling the tank with valuable drinking water only to let it run down the drain without control: is that an alternative?!

Here the better solution:
Our company MAZDA-SOLAR from the wine region Lower Franconia manufactures new, flexible Cooling-mats made from EPDM.

The mat is placed around the tank and strapped onto with the enclosed instep belts.
You can use the mat for more than one tank, or place more of them in a row to then connect them to a cold water stream.

Connecting-possibilities:
* The cooling medium ( water, glycol etc.) is collected from the stream pumping the water back. After it is cooled down, it is used again for cooling.
* The heat-exchange-mat is filled with glycol and cooled by a cooling aggregate or a heating pump.

Possibilités frigorifiques precedents:
Acier fin réservoir à double paroi et un echangeur de chauffe sont des possibilitiés coûteuse et là, il y a la grande possibilité de la calcification.

Arroser le reservoir avec l`eau potable pour le laisser conduire sans controle a la canalisation? Est-que-c´est une solution?

Ici, la mieux solution:
L´entreprise MAZDA-SOLAR du region Unterfranken fabrique des tapis frigorifiques nouvaux et flexible de EPDM.
Le tapis est mis autour du réservoir et attaché avec des courroies de tension ci-jointes. On peut utiliser le tapis pour plusieurs réservoirs ou attacher plusieurs dans les cerfs communs, pour l'attacher alors à une source d'eau froide pour les refroidir.

Possibilités de rattachement:
* L'agent de refroidissement (d'eau ou glycol) est rassemblé par le retour. Après le refroidissement, l'eau est alors utilisée à nouveau au refroidissement.
* Le tapis frigorifique est rempli avec le glycol et surgelé au moyen d'un groupe frigorifique ou d'une pompe à chaleur.
